Gardening Weekend

Gardening Weekend Friday 17th February 2017 - Sunday 19th February Location: Tysul Hall

The three-day event is the perfect start to your gardening year with expert talks on everything from growing fruit and vegetables to attracting bees and butterflies. A wide array of garden-related stands including primulas, hellebores, herbaceous plants, shrubs, daffodils and other winter bulbs. On the edible front, potatoes and herbs will be available for a head start on your veggie gardening. Garden related gifts, and paintings, garden furniture including bird boxes and bird tables. A selection of ales and ciders from across Wales, live entertainment and refreshments. A Beer Festival with a Welsh theme! Over a dozen ales and ciders from across Wales. Food and live music on site. The festival is taking place in the Arts Hall at the University in Lampeter. St David’s Day at Cardigan Castle

St David’s Day at Cardigan Castle Wednesday 1st March 2017 Location: Cardigan Castle

Treat yourself on St David’s Day with an afternoon tea and the beautiful sound of the harp in 1176 cafe. Local harpist Sarah-Jane Absalom will be entertaining diners from 2pm to 4pm on Wednesday March 1 as part of the castle’s St David’s Day celebrations. Please ring to book a table
