Mark Eaglen explores the relationships between art, science, technology and nature. Typical to his practice, this exhibition will include drawings, sculpture, digital and video works, alongside opportunities to interact with the pieces.
The works often playfully engage with the nature of perception, mixing both traditional processes and developments in technology. Exploration is key to his practice, using video feedback to generate patterns, inspire sculptural forms and raise further questions. Recent works continue to build upon these discoveries, responding to scientific theory, reflections upon space-time and an ongoing enthusiasm for the Cosmic Microwave Background.
