Let’s start with breakfast

Start the day with a traditional Welsh cooked breakfast after your cereals and juice, or add something a little different – homemade lavercakes and fried cockles cooked with the bacon. Then go on to enjoy some delicious honey from our bees and homemade preserves with your toast. We offer lots of options including pancakes with bacon and maple syrup!

Just let us know in sufficient time and we are happy to cater for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or specific dietary requirements.

Room Three – Twin Room

This room contains twin single beds, along with open views across the field to the woods. Room three does not have en-suite facilities, it has its own shower-room and toilet opposite. We can provide dressing gowns if required.

Guest Lounge and Grounds

You are invited to enjoy the guest lounge and grounds at Five Oaks The lounge which has a large 4K Ultra HD ‘Smart’ Widescreen Digital television with ‘Freeview Play’ and a brand new 4K Ultra HD HDR blu-ray & DVD player, a large choice of blu-ray & DVD discs to chose from, a cosy Woodburner and a complimentary ‘Nespresso’ coffee machine.

The grounds provide three acres of ancient woodland with the river Llethi running along it’s border. A perfect place to spot wild flowers and maybe even an otter. The mature gardens, large field and meadow are all open for your enjoyment.
The Welsh Coast Path runs adjacent to Five Oaks. A walk of about one and a half hours takes you to the lovely colourful harbour town of Aberaeron.

There are paths to explore through the woods or explore further by visiting the local coast towns of Aberaeron and New Quay where there is a good chance you may see the dolphins. Further is the friendly town of Cardigan with theatres, shops and cafes and a castle – well worth a visit.
