With great works of art in shop windows throughout the town.
You can shop and see the work of local artists at the same time. Over thirty local businesses are teamed up with local artists to display their work and turn Newcastle Emlyn into a huge art gallery.
This is the third year that the festival has run. It is becoming increasingly popular with artists and local businesses.
For the first time performing arts group the Attic Players will be promoting their next production, Power and Petticoats, a drama about women’s struggle for the vote, through a shop window display.
