Description Bike route from Cardigan town to discover tiny meandering lanes through fields and with sea views in the second half of this circular route via Penparc, Felinwynt, Mwnt, Ferwig and Gwbert.
START Finch square, Cardigan and head out of town on A484 to Carmarthen

0.6 Turn Left sign posted Cwm Cou B4570
1.6 Cross roads in Llangoedmor, continue straight on
2.1 Turn Left sign posted Penparc
3.5 Staggered cross roads at Penparc, ( give way ). Go straight across slightly right with extreme care, you are crossing the A487 main coast road
3.7 Cross roads, Turn Right signposted Felinwynt
5.7 T-Junction ( give way ) Turn Left, then immediately Turn Right.
7.4 Junction ( give way ) Go straight on, signposted Mwnt
7.9 Here there is a turn off to the right down to Mwnt Beach, steep but worth it if you want a swim and refreshments in seasonal kiosk. Otherwise, straight on.
8.4 As road goes round to left, carry Straight On into low-walled entrance way to Ffynnoncyff Farm
9.6 T-Junction ( give way ) Turn Right into village of Ferwig. Follow the road round to the right at Hywel Davies Garage and up the hill past the school. Follow signs to Gwbert
10.6 Entrance to Cardigan Farm Island on right, carry straight on
11.2 Arrive at Gwbert ( Cliff Hotel and Flat Rock for refreshments )
14 Back in Cardigan. T-Junction at North Road ( give way ) Turn Right
14.4 Follow the one-way system, past New Image Bikes to return to Finch Square
